The Greatest experience I have ever had, I have bought cars from other dealers, but I have never been treated as good as I was treated at Southtowne. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable cars from other dealers, but I have never been treated as good as I was treated at Southtowne. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and took the time to let me make the decision that i wanted to make, nothing but first class service. They were in the process of remodeling their new showroom, I cant wait to see it, so far it looks beautiful. If you are looking for a car, give these guys a try, they are great. More

HORRIBLE!!! HIGH PRESSURE!!!! I have never been treated so badly! I went there and had just started looking for a new car. I told the salesman I just wanted to look and see how much I could get for my trad so badly! I went there and had just started looking for a new car. I told the salesman I just wanted to look and see how much I could get for my trade in. After a quick test drive, I got TRAPPED in a tiny little room with the salesman asking me repeatedly over and over again what the "magic number" would be that would make me leave today with the car. I told him there was no magic number and that I had just wanted to get an idea. I asked for my keys back to my car they had just appraised and was ignored. The salesman got up and left and another salesman came in and started into me again. He had the nerve to say that I was obviously wanting to buy a car today because noone gets their cars appraised if they aren't serious. I tried to calmly explain I was not ready to commit, this was the first place I had looked and again asked for my keys. He left and said he was gonna go bring the car around and show me some more features because he stated he didn't think I understood what a good deal I was getting! This was 2 hours after being in this room! I finally had to push past him, walk out the door of the dealership and DEMAND my keys. The kicker was my husband tried to grab my keys from the salesman and he MOVED his hand away and told my husband he wanted to give them to me himself!!!!!!!!!! I was ENFURIATED!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! More
