I brought my 2019 Genesis G90 under manufacturer warranty by transport to the service department for a voltage issue that caused the car to not start. Well to make a long nightmare short I was charged $400 f by transport to the service department for a voltage issue that caused the car to not start. Well to make a long nightmare short I was charged $400 for a battery then charged 4 labor hours to determine what they need to properly fix the issue. Every time I called I was given from rats eating the wires, not enough technicians to work on the car etc. 6 days later I had to get the vehicle towed after I was told they needed to remove the engine and transmission! Well I had to pay $833 for nothing. The next day I was called from their customer service department and asked for the GM to call because I'm sure this would have never happened at another dealership. So far no call and the car is still broken More

I really couldn’t be more pleased. Finance was a breeze with Jonathan S; I don’t think it could have gone more smoothly and without issue. He made every step easy and really helped with some difficult issues I was having with my trade-in. And I can’t forget Glenn M- he spent a good hour with me going over the vehicle and it’s features. Avoid this dealer! Very crooked. We had a contract to purchase a used car at a negotiated price - and they reneged on the contract while we got a loan. Told our bank the car had been sold. But a separate call revealed the car was still for sale. Guess they got seller’s remorse and decided they could sell the car for a higher price. We wasted a lot of time and money with this dealer whose word is NO GOOD! We should sue for breach of contract. More
