He picked the right car, too! And it was not the most expensive model!! We are and have been very impressed with the level of service and integrity we have experienced from all of our purchases from STM's! worst service I have had ever I had two experiences with this dealership - both completely dissapointing ! 1. they were not able (within 1.5hrs) to locate my fusebox to exchange I had two experiences with this dealership - both completely dissapointing ! 1. they were not able (within 1.5hrs) to locate my fusebox to exchange a fuse but rather gave me a technical drawing with the supposed location of the fusebox in orde for me to find it and replace it myself. 2. GM recall for ignition issue: called in 30 minutes ahead - was told will be next in line - get there and was told waiting time is 2-3 hrs - wasted 1 hour to drive there and get back. Asked customer service to get vehicle for test drive instead to bridge waiting time - no interest in servicing me as a customer. These guys will not touch my car again, the service was embarassing and this is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever been - would highly recommend to go to a different dealership such as Ivory Chevrolet in Union City!
