This dealership is operating in direct conflict of their dealer agreement: "First, I want to remind you that GM dealers are obligated to ethically and lawfully sell GM Products, as stated in Article 5 o dealer agreement: "First, I want to remind you that GM dealers are obligated to ethically and lawfully sell GM Products, as stated in Article 5 of the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement: “Dealer agrees to effectively, ethically and lawfully sell and promote the purchase, lease and use of Products by consumers…” “Dealer agrees to advertise and conduct promotional activities that are lawful and enhance the reputation of Dealer, General Motors and its Products. Dealer will not advertise or conduct promotional activities in a misleading or unethical manner, or that is harmful to the reputation of Dealer, General Motors, or its Products.” Providing customers misinformation about additional sums being necessary for a customer to keep a reservation, is just one example of a tactic that reflects poorly on all of us. Secondly, we have been advised that brokers are promoting new GM vehicle allocation. While the majority of GM Dealers do not support such behavior, a small number of Dealers still continue to work with brokers despite the following reminders that this is a direct breach of the GM DSSA: Bulletin #20-06 “Transactional Integrity and GM Export Policy” dated July 1, 2020, and Bulletin #21-17 “Sale for Resale or Export” dated November 22, 2021. As stated in Article 5 of the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement: “Dealer agrees that it will not sell new Motor Vehicles for resale” and “Dealer is not authorized . . . to . . . sell Motor Vehicles to persons or parties (or their agents) engaged in the business of reselling, brokering (including but not limited to buying services) or wholesaling of Motor Vehicles.” GM will be forced to take action if it learns of any unethical sales practices or brokering activities that undermine the integrity that customers expect from the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac brands. For the small minority of bad actors that are engaging in the conduct identified above, this letter serves as notice that GM reserves the right to redirect your vehicle allocation or take other recourse prescribed by the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. Market Adjustments of $10K are being added to all large SUVs and you cannot criticize anyone at the dealership. If so, they'll try their best to blacklist you with area dealerships. Please, buy a GM, but there are dealers at and under MSRP. Keep looking! More

They provided us with great service which was greatly appreciated on short notice. We have taken our vehicles here before and I’ve always been satisfied with the service we have received, I highly recommend using this facility for repairs. More
I was forced to take my vehicle in for service due the smell of gasoline coming inside my vehicle. Preston Smith was my Service Advisor and advised me that the shop needed to keep my vehicle for a few mor smell of gasoline coming inside my vehicle. Preston Smith was my Service Advisor and advised me that the shop needed to keep my vehicle for a few more days to repair it. It was discovered that I had a fuel injection leak and Preston kept me informed via email and phone about the work that had to be performed. My family will forever be grateful for the diligence Preston and the Southtowne Family exerted to make sure this issue was fixed. We no longer smell gasoline inside our vehicle and it has been three days of me driving the vehicle, and I have not had to use my asthma inhaler because of the smell of gasoline. I also wish to THANK William who released my vehicle to me while Preston was at lunch. His humor is infectious and he knew exactly where to go to retrieve my paperwork during Preston's absence. I loved seeing this company run like a well oiled machine. Again, I wish to say THANK YOU for fixing my vehicle. Your professionalism is immeasurable. More

Although customer service was great but actual service to my car was just sloppy. My tires were suppose to be checked and rotated. Air in tires was not at the level stated by GM for my car. They were a lot less and I am having to get someone to put the proper amount in my tires. Also the person who did my oil change did not remove the old sticker from the previous oil change. They just stuck another new sticker on the window beside the old one, sloppy. They provided a carwash but did not vacuum or wipe down the inside. (I removed all items from inside the car so they would not have to move anything.) This was the first time my service at this dealership was just plain sloppy. Hopefully they do better moving forward. More
I can't say enough how Van in service takes care of his customers. GM sold me a warranty package and said I could use it any any GM dealership however I'm finding out this is not true and after scheduling customers. I called Van at Southtowne, asked when I could get an appointment, explained what had happened, and he said come on in and he worked me into the schedule. Can't get any better than that! More
