Please don't tell people that your GM reaches out to dissatisfied customers when he recieved over 5 voicemails and never once returned a call. He has no care when customers have issues nor tries to take advantage of simple methods to fix the matter. Your dealership should not blame a phone for a defective truck, when your own paperwork multiple times says you recreated the same errors. I have used 4 different phones and yet the truck system fails I. The same way your technician noted previously. More
