We hate to hear that you are unhappy. As always, we take the feedback from our customers very seriously. After looking into your situation, it is our understanding that you spoke with our GM regarding your phone "cutting out" after being paired to your vehicle's radio. When your vehicle was here last, members of our service team paired their personal devices to the radio and it worked flawlessly. Since basically every component of the radio (connector, receiver, display) has been replaced, we feel that it is reasonable to consider that your phone could be the problem. We suggest that you take your device to your local mobile retailer and have them check it out. Please reach out to us with their findings or have them contact us directly as it is our sincere desire that you be happy with your purchase.
