Not satisfied Took my car in for basic maintenance, done with an hour. I was never called. I had to call 5 1/2 hrs later. Then had to wait another 15 minutes when I got there. This happens every time I take it in. If you need a repair done to your car you have to take it to another building. You cannot have maintenance and repair done at the same time and place. More

I received a call on 7/15/2019 from Chad Taylor and he was very honest and apologetic that the issue occurred. He informed me that my request was already completed but the salesman I was assigned to was not notified and the system did not send an update. I have to say that dealing with Chad was a pleasure and although we were not able to meet on price, I would give them another chance in the future. He was able to give me figures without asking for my credit and he again stressed that he was upset this happened. I have moved my rating to 4 stars because of the end service. As mistakes do happen, I also believe how a dealership decides to handle issues is also important. Thanks again Chad for all the assistance. More

Bad experience I purchased a used 2012 gmc and on Saturday after I purchased the truck my 10 year old daughter found a can of mace that had been left in the pouch be I purchased a used 2012 gmc and on Saturday after I purchased the truck my 10 year old daughter found a can of mace that had been left in the pouch behind the drivers seat. It discharged and she wound up with mace on her hands and in her left eye right before her softball game that morning. When I emailed the manger of this location to relay about the experience I never so much as got an apology email or any response for that matter. I also had parts that were agreed to be fixed when I purchased vehicle that took 3 months to be resolved. Also I understand I purchased a used truck but it passed emissions test and everything the day I got it thru there shop only to have check engine light appear before I got 10 miles away from the dealership. I took to another shop and was told the code was in the memory of the truck so it had been on before. They also let me leave without telling me the tires were 10 years old and dry rotted that were on the truck. I would not recommend this dealership, they were great to work with until payment is done then the service stops there. Ok More
