It was ok it took longer the it should but they got it fixed I have worked in dealership most of my life And I think they have forgot that. Anyway when I bought my car in for the recall for the steering rack th I have worked in dealership most of my life And I think they have forgot that. Anyway when I bought my car in for the recall for the steering rack the computers were down couldn’t get a rental car because of that no rental agreement could not be printed. They gave me a ride home after 3 days I got my car back. Was surprised that it only had 2 more miles on it good thing. The absolute worst dealership service experience I purchased a new 2019 Cadillac XT5 with a slight blemish on the door panel. The sales person said he ordered a replacement but didn't. I've been wait I purchased a new 2019 Cadillac XT5 with a slight blemish on the door panel. The sales person said he ordered a replacement but didn't. I've been waiting 9 month and the panel is still on backorder. The car also has an annoying rattle inside the car and the instrument cluster has completely went out twice. I scheduled an appointment to bring the car in to get these issues repaired this past Sat. Monday I was told the car was in the shop with a technician working on it. Wed. I called multiple times to check the status and could not get anyone in service to answer the phone or return my calls until late afternoon. When I did speak with someone, I was informed that the technician that was assigned to my car was off Mon. - Wed. so my car had not been touched. The Service Advisor that I spoke to promised me that he would assign the car to another technician and get it in the shop asap. I called back at 5:45 to get an update and the Service advisor left for the day without getting my car in the shop. Today is Thurs. and I still do not have my car back. I have left several messages for the Service Manager to call me but he has not returned my calls. More
