The experience my wife and I had at south town was great! Corey was our sale rep and he was very attentive and tried his hardest to find us what we were looking for. Arrogant advisers in service department Second experience with service department. First time, a scheduled (appointment) oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes. Second time, concerns with Second experience with service department. First time, a scheduled (appointment) oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes. Second time, concerns with 4 wheel drive (and another oil change, but I left it overnight as I do have a day job!). Adviser wrote incorrect information (stated something was in owners manual when it was was not) and discarded written information from GM on actual operation - just arrogant, knows better without actual facts. Urgent Battery Replacement jan 23,2020 Jan 22, happens to be my birthday & enjoyed a great birthday lunch with family ! However, upon departing the restaurant, my Cadillac would not start Jan 22, happens to be my birthday & enjoyed a great birthday lunch with family ! However, upon departing the restaurant, my Cadillac would not start ! was assisted by auto response company to "jump" start car. Next Morning, Jan 23rd; i called Southtowne Service of Newnan, Ga. department & service adviser William Warren, was very accommodating scheduled me in for Battery Replacement as well as standard service of oil/filter change & tire rotation.
