I had a pleasant experience at The Southtowne Service Department. Tim was very courteous and respectful. He kept me informed as to what was going on with my Buick Encore every step in the process. The only suggestion that I would like to make is it would have been nice if I had known it was going to take so long. If I had known the length of time I was going to have to be there I would have arranged for someone to pick me up. Or ask to take the shuttle. Paid my bill, I was sitting in my Truck reviewing my bill while my Truck A/C was cooling down. The lot driver parked another Truck directly in front of me blocking my exit, I had tooted the horn and all he d while my Truck A/C was cooling down.
