We sold you a truck before replacing broken parts. They asked when I could drop truck off I told them on 8/21/20 I could drop off after work around 430 pm. When I arrived they said they were expecting me at 1030 am. And I would have to wait another week to drop my New Truck off and have it worked on! More

tire/alignment-etc on previous service visit, service writer William Warren recommended that my 4 tires required replacement, very soon. he gave me options of tire but i on previous service visit, service writer William Warren recommended that my 4 tires required replacement, very soon. he gave me options of tire but i wanted to remain with the brand of tires that were on presently on my SRX; Willliam had to order in ! upon returning, for replacement o tires & 4 wheel alignment, all was ready ! William, provided update information on progress as well as upon completion reviewed invoice with me. would not "LET" anyone else but trained SouthTowrne" tech`s perform service on my 2010 SRX ! as side note, would be an oversight not to mention Britni Chess who has assisted me with very helpful information, is definitely an asset for SouthTowne & advocate for the customer ! More
