Was very impressed with Southowne from start to finish. When I arrived for my appointment, Kam met me and had the vehicles I wanted to see ready. He took my family and I over to them and let us have time to walk around and discuss among ourselves prior to making any decisions. There was no pressure or standing over our shoulder while we were looking. Roy in the finance department did not oversell any addons but did answer my questions on extended warranties and available products as I was looking for extended coverage. In the end, the experience was good, took much less than time than the last vehicle I purchased, final price was very competitive and lower than anyone within 100 miles. If I were in the market for another GM vehicle, Southtowne would be the place I'd go. More

Southtowne in Newnan did a great job of helping me with an emissions issue. They reserached the issue to determine the problem and also made sure to ceck if my Traverse was covered under the emissions warr an emissions issue. I called to make my 6 month service appointment and talked to Ashley. She didn't have one available for when I needed but told me I could come as a walk in. So I did. Preston checked me in and told me it would be a while but would get my car done as quickly as he could but those with appointments, of course, came first. Preston called me within 2 hours telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I cannot thank both Ashely and Preston, as well as the techs, enough for accommodating me on such short notice on a Saturday morning. Y'all are the true epitome of a hometown dealership!! More

Great experience with Michael and Southtown. So far we are happy with our new Buick and hope to get many years of happy travels. All in all sofar fine with South town but maybe they should have been weari are happy with our new Buick and hope to get many years of happy travels.
