Don't deal with Mark Lentz what a bad experience I have an extended warranty and Lentz was over the top extremely rude would not let me talk, not even a sentence could I speak! Someone I would not even ra an extended warranty and Lentz was over the top extremely rude would not let me talk, not even a sentence could I speak! Someone I would not even rate a #1 as the lowest rating. If there was a zero I'd be hesitant to give that! Tried to speak to manager above Lentz and no return call. I bought 2 new Chevrolet trucks both had major issues. Motor job on the 1st truck. a motor and transmission on the 2nd truck noticed at 38000 miles, now my truck needs another repair! I have receipts showing I paid for the warranty and the warranty company's reply is Southtowne opened the warranty and the same day closed , so where is the cash money I paid them????? Theifs! The person that was loaning the vehicles is just as rude and honestly I would never do business again with CHEVY!!!!!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!! I also traded in two vehicles one which I was told I'd get $6500.00 for and looking at my paperwork totally my fault on that part but they did not give the amount they said they were. So sad to have people in these positions. I'd love to speak to the owner of this dealership! Please stay away from this dealership!!!! Knowing there was a class action suit 38000 people settled because of the issues these trucks have GM has never sent anything to inform customers of this dangerous problem the trucks have. More
