The tech was very misleading and cocky. Does not seem to know what he is talking about when it comes to his job. I had to go to the finance manager, who actually called the warranty company where I was abl know what he is talking about when it comes to his job. I had to go to the finance manager, who actually called the warranty company where I was able to get my answers. Preston completely went against even what the warranty company stated. He seems to be out for himself and what he can make off of the customer vs what he can do for the customer. Will not be back! More

Andrew M. helped make this the best and QUICKEST car purchase EVER. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure I left with just that.
