Late on a Saturday afternoon we stopped on our way by the dealership, not really in the market to purchase a vehicle. I had spotted a car and had my husband stop so I could look it. Anita met me at the car and offered to let me test drive. After I did, I had my husband drive it. We had not been actively looking for a different car, but this one fit the bill for what I wanted. Anita was wonderful to work with , no pressure just a lot of helpful information. We were able to reach an agreement for trading in my car and I was able to pick up my "new" car on Monday after work. I ordered touch up paint and it arrived very quickly, there was a tear on the seat and they had it repaired and provided the use of a car to drive while the seat was in the shop. I feel that Anita has went above meeting customer expectations and with a smile. I would recommend anyone to visit Southtown for their next vehicle purchase, I know I will be back. More

I had a very pleasant experience. My salesperson looked for a few weeks to find the right car for us and the sales manager worked hard to give me what I needed for my trade. For a week I was looking for a specific truck over the internet and dealer websites. I found the one I was looking for and visited Anita. Never once did they try to run my credit or pre-qualify me. They sat down with me and we negotiated my trade in and talked about financing. They didn't pressure me into purchasing and gave me fair treatment. I was at two different dealerships negotiating on vehicles and by far these folks (Anita and Rich the sales manager)were the best that I worked with. Even though I didn't make the purchase, I would not hesitate going back or referring my friends and family to this dealership. More

My husband & I were just starting our search for a new vehicle as our Expedition was up there in miles and of course not very economical with fuel. My husband & I stopped by Southtown after work one evening and was greeted by Kayla Miller. Kayla was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles ~ even the ones we knew we wouldn't be buying but enjoyed admiring & dreaming about. :) She asked us questions and answered ours and if it was something she wasn't sure on she would ask someone else. Once we'd decided on the kind of vehicle we wanted and the options (color, upholstery etc...) she went to work searching for us. Kayla kept in contact with us through email sending us links to the vehicles she thought fit our needs/wants. We met the following Saturday and discussed each of the ones she'd sent to us. As we negoitiated she realized that they didn't have what we were looking for on their lot. Kayla did some searching and found a minivan (in Bethany, MO) that fit us from pricing to all the extras while we were there. We picked up our NEW minivan on Monday ~signed papers and Kayla showed us all the 'bells and whistles' and how they work. In less than a week we had a new vehicle and didn't even have to leave our 'backyard' to find it! More
