Screwed me on my warranty Bought a lightly used Jeep from them 1550 miles with a lift on it already. Was told the former GM owned it. Now I'd had a lifted truck before and learned the hard way that non factory lifts void some parts of the warranty so naturally I asked if I'd have any issues with this jeep because of the lift on it. I was told no. Fast forward 2 years I'm living in AZ now and the track bar breaks. Take it to dealer here and they tell me it's not under warranty because of the lift. I told them the story and they tell me to call Southtown and if they'd honor the warranty they'd do the work. Called Southtown and was told sorry we have no idea who put the lift on and there's nothing we can do for you. Complete xx. If that's all the better you treat people that spend thousands of dollars I'll make sure I spread the word on your crappy customer service. More

However, Southtown CDJR had a low mileage used vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. A visit was made to check out the SUV. I met Garrett Sapp, the sales consultant and was keeping him at a great distance. He was a really nice and genuine person aside from selling cars. He got the keys, we took off for a ride, and he said very little - he was more interested in playing with the gizmos and gadgets than I was, and he said very little. My choice was between this 2009 Ford Edge and another private seller via Craigslist. I called Garrett asking if they could come down some on the price. We met in the middle, I got a very favorable deal. The same day, I met with Rob Hinds, the finance guy. He too was low key, NO pressure. He explained everything in detail at a level that I could easily comprehend. I opted to buy the extra warranty and 3 oil change package for $2,500 - NO pressure to do so. This extra warranty added 5 years / 100k miles beyond the current mileage. When considering 100k miles on a USED vehicle, that's very inexpensive. It was explained that the oil change package was only good at Southtown, and the warranty DOES require receipts for maintenance. More
Too many hiddin deals. I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 back in January. During the finance process I was told I had 3 free oil changes. I asked if they would work at any Ram deal I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 back in January. During the finance process I was told I had 3 free oil changes. I asked if they would work at any Ram dealer and the response was yes. Not so true, when I got the 1st oil change my local dealer said there is no record. I called my salesman, now it is only with them. I also was force to purchase nearly 3000$ of extra "insurance" just so I could get the gap coverage I wanted. I was able to cancel a portion of the with a reimbursement, only to have them delay the process for 3 months. And the best of all, when my financing when done the best they could get me was 5.5 %. I week later my local dealer found me 3.5 when I purchases a new van for my wife. Not impressed, seems to me they found a lender with kickbacks to them. I have removed all Southtown stickers and ask forgiveness from my local dealer. More

He listened to my want's and need's he had the van picked out for us and it was pulled up front and warmed up when we got there. It was my favorite color it was deep cherry. it had every option that I asked for on the phone. He is professional and courteous without making us feel pressured. we where just starting to look but we bought it because it was exactly what we wanted. he showed us all the features and we got a great presentation. we did not even need to look at any other vans on the lot this was the one we had dreamed of. how he could pick the perfect one I will never know but he did. He worked with us to find a vehicle that was just right for us and our budget! After we singed paperwork he even paired our smart phone's and went over every thing with us. He let us know that if we need any thing at all or have any questions that we could call him personally any time. It was truly a great experience, Kevin Hoffman was the nicest salesman we've ever worked with and he cared about more than just making the sale. thanks- we will be back! More

Got me a 7.01 % rate. Would not go there unless you have your own financeing More
