Recall I had to call and even came in once with a scheduled appointment before my car was finally serviced. There was a problem with the parts. You guys sa I had to call and even came in once with a scheduled appointment before my car was finally serviced. There was a problem with the parts. You guys said you’d call me when they came in but never did. I called and was told you were struck by lightning and to call back. I called and reached Mike- who said he’d call me back after checking for the parts and did not call me. I called again and reached Chris. He was great. Within minutes he told me the parts were in and made my appointment. When I brought my car in I was greeted by Andrea? A lovely young lady who was extremely thorough and efficient. So the last two people I encountered were amazing so I was happy with the end result. More

Service dept I am an Uber driver, and take my Kia Soul in for service every 5000 miles. They have me in and out in a short time, plus they wash my car. Helpful, Kind, Fast in Service I called a few days prior to my visit to inquire about a missing shark fin antenna cover for my 2016 Kia Optima. I just purchased my car almost a mont I called a few days prior to my visit to inquire about a missing shark fin antenna cover for my 2016 Kia Optima. I just purchased my car almost a month prior so I was pretty upset about the cover coming off and wasn't sure how to replace it, much less how much it would cost. When I called, a service member immediately calmed me and informed me that I was still under warranty and encouraged me to stop in to get the part replaced. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly smiles and GENUINE intentions to serve people to the best of their ability. All staff were calm and collected despite the business of the location. It's wonderful they they provide complimentary snacks, coffee, and wifi for customers to feel comfortable and taken care of during their wait time. They moved efficiently and notified me how the process was going every step of the way. As a young female and first time buyer, it was so nice to be so well taken care of! It goes a long way. Highly recommend them! More
