Southside Kia is way out of the way from both where I work and live. However, I will make that longer driving distance to receive the customer service any day. She listens to everything you tell her about the issues you’re having and actually write them down and genuinely seems to care about helping you. I would recommend her to anyone! More

Took my car in for a warranty issue and I was very impressed by the people at Southside Kia service center. I enjoyed the text message updates that also included my invoice, I haven’t gotten that at a impressed by the people at Southside Kia service center. I came to get service done on my 2013 Soul. I was taken care of by Theresa, at check-in. Bronx was the person that consulted with me about what needed to be done. I was very satisfied with both of them. Wh care of by Theresa, at check-in. Bronx was the person that consulted with me about what needed to be done. I was very satisfied with both of them. What did concern me was when I went into the waiting room, there is a sign on the door that says to practice social distancing yet I really didn’t notice the employees doing that. I also had a mask on, as several of the customers did and that was not being done by others. Everyone was friendly and did act professionally. Thank you. More
