What a month it has been! But it all worked out I think he end! I have not had my car in a month on may 20. My ac EVAP core went out. Went to go pick my vehicle up on May 7th and did not even make it half way home and my ac was still blowing hot air. It already took 3weeks to get the part in due to back order… I turned back around and took it back. Brought Ray outside and he was just as shocked as I was that it was still blowing hot. Ray took my Sportage back to the the shop and come to find out the part they just replaced was defected… that’s when Ray really stepped up and took care of me again for another few weeks. Having to replace the same part that was already on back order for weeks. Got it taken care even went the extra mile and kept it for a few days to make sure that it blowing cold before I picked my vehicle up. Much appreciated sir. Exceptional service and thanks for taking care of it for me! More

I would give zero stars, if that was an option. My husband brought his 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 in for scheduled maintenance yesterday. Should have been a simple oil change. The oil change took 3.5 hours, husband brought his 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 in for scheduled maintenance yesterday. Should have been a simple oil change. The oil change took 3.5 hours, even though he had a scheduled appointment. When he went to the garage later in the day, he found the oil had leaked out of the vehicle. We have tried to contact the dealer, but since it’s not during service hours, they are refusing to help. If I made an error like that, which could have blown the whole engine, I would be working to correct it right away. They clearly do not value their customers. When this issue is resolved, they have lost a customer, and we will do all we can to ensure others do not have their vehicles ruined by this dealer. More
