Our experience with Alton and Joe was wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable, acoomodating and worked to insure that we were comfortable with this very important buying decision. We did not feel pressured at all - they continued to show us various options, made recommendations while at the same time allowed us the time we needed to discuss our decision as a family. In the end, after spending several hours with them, we purchased a 2013 Kia Optima and absolutely love it! We felt that we were given an extremely fair price for the car and would recommend this dealership, and especially Alton and Joe, to our friends and family. More

My wife and I stopped into Southside Kia on a whim and we met Chris. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed us our options and really worked with us to get us in an Optima. Originally spoke to Clyde & Mack on the phone and asked to be taken off call list and told them I was not interested. They were very pushy on the phone and I did not want to do business with them. Was working with Edward at Kia of Orange Park looking for a SOUL, and he was putting out an APB looking for any dealership with a SOUL. Chris called me later that afternoon, so I thought this was in regards to Edwards APB. Chris was extremely friendly, so I stopped in and left with my new used SOUL.
