We went to get a new van about a week ago. Started off with a payment of $550 per month and an intrest rate of 9.99% for a new (used) 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. To top it all off Jerry had our new vehicle topped off with gas before we left the dealership. That is what I call customer service. More

There was no pressure, no jive talking back and forth checking on this and that, she was presented with her options, she made her choice and done. I returned on several weekends for the next 2 months to see if the car that caught my eye was still on the lot. I was waiting on a bonus check to come before making a purchase. The last new car I had for myself was purchased in 2000-that was not a good experience. When my husband and I came onto the lot today "my" car was still there, we were greeted and our salesman, Adis remembered me (even though he was not the person that sold my daughter her car). He is very easy to talk to, not overbearing. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. He took me through the features of the car with a sense of excitement. I would highly recommend Adis and Southside Kia to anyone wishing to buy a new car. More
