Mason was very easy to talk to about what I was looking for. He took his time to explain everything to me that I would need to know about my new car. When I am ready for another car, no time soon I will come back to Southside Kia. I love my new car!!! Everyone there was nice and not pushy like some dealership's are. The customer service at this dealership was great, they cover pretty much all our questions and concerns about the kia optima and kia soul. I was very pleased with the service I received on my vehicle on my most recent trip. It was the 4th time taking one of my two kia's in for service and it was for a very concerning issue.
