I decided to use Kia because it was the only dealership that showed TRUE interest in what I wanted as a buyer. Adis and Joe were both FANTASTIC! I came back to Kia because Adis made sure to keep up with me that showed TRUE interest in what I wanted as a buyer. Adis and Joe were both FANTASTIC! I came back to Kia because Adis made sure to keep up with me non invasively whereas other dealers were annoying and pushy! Overall my experience was memorable. I will definitely be using this specific dealership again. I'd like to add that it REALLY appealed to me that Adis took the time on his day off to be available to help us find a car when he could have chosen differently. I think that speaks to his character as a salesperson and it made my boyfriend and I feel like our experience was important. Joe was also fantastic. He made sure I understand the different scenarios with every car I was considering and really showed an interest in helping me resolve my personal credit and finances. He made me feel comfortable with my choice in a car and payment plan and he also made me feel confident. I've never had this experience before in the sales world and will remember it.
