Best day of the year Mr. Carter is a miracle worker. Not only is he extremely professional, he is also relatable. I found myself in need of a car and was thinking of going to a buy here pay here place. I had no idea that, with the suggestion of a dear friend, I would find myself at Southside KIA. I was pretty nervous at first. Oh yeah, and did I mention it was raining that day… Anyway, I now have a brand new 2014 KIA Forte. Thank you Lewis, not only did you make the experience a pleasing one, you didn’t allow me to feel cheated or regretful in the end. You helped to turn one of the most stressful times of my life, to one of the happiest. Keep it up. More

TIME LENGTH LEWIS WAS A GOOD SALES PERSON. I DO NOT BLAME HIM FOR THE LATE DELIVERY OF THE CAR BUT I WASN'T AGREEING WITH THE TIME LENGTH IT TOOK FOR IT TO ARRIVE LEWIS WAS A GOOD SALES PERSON. Worst experience ever! I was called a lair by Chuck Golden. I was intimidated in the office by Chuck and Rick to make me sign a second contract which I had signed one already for a purchase of a new Ki Golden. I was intimidated in the office by Chuck and Rick to make me sign a second contract which I had signed one already for a purchase of a new Kia 2014. After 10 days of signing the contract of my new car I was told that the pay off of my Kia 2012 that I was trading in (wich i bought it new in that same dealership) had a different pay off, in the amount of $1391.70 difference. They told me how I needed to come up with this money because is was not going to come out of their pockets (Chuck's and Rick's). Chuck called me lair and walked out the office. They took advantage of my ignorance in that matter. I called Chris the day after to let him know how bad my experience was and his answer was "just come over and I'll fill up the tank with gas". Chris was more concerning in selling insurance car than doing his job. Shouldn't they supposed to check the numbers before I leave the dealership, isn't their job and not mine to have the right information before they close a deal? They were totally irresponsible and unprofessional. More
Bill was very friendly and prompt for arrival and pick-up. He was well aware of the most direct routes and got me to work quickly and back to my vehicle later very easily and before rush hour.
