I have always been impressed this service department answers my questions with respect. Sheldon Smith Jr. was my service advisor. We loved Southside Kia until about t months ago. Service department went into the crapper. Managment reaches out when you,leave bad reviews but does not follow throng. It’s a shame because sales sta Service department went into the crapper. Managment reaches out when you,leave bad reviews but does not follow throng. It’s a shame because sales staff is wonderful but service is awful in the last few months and we always service at the dealer. So now I can’t wait to trade in the Tlluride which I love for a brand that has a service department that actually cares. More

I received a recall notice for my 2017 Kia Sol. I called to schedule an appointment and was promptly given a date and time to drop off my car. When I arrived I was checked in and Anthony Grant was I called to schedule an appointment and was promptly given a date and time to drop off my car. When I arrived I was checked in and Anthony Grant was my service provider. Anthony was professional and courteous and explained the recall to me and then asked if I had any other concerns or questions. I added an oil change and throughout the day he gave me updates on the progress of my service. When I picked my vehicle up, Anthony explained to me some items that I should address and had me on my way. This was a great experience and certainly not my first with Anthony and Southside Kia.
