Long wait times!!! I called a week ahead to schedule an appt. I got an appt, then had to wait a extra 2 hours longer than I was told!!! This happened twice"!! DO NOT I called a week ahead to schedule an appt. I got an appt, then had to wait a extra 2 hours longer than I was told!!! This happened twice"!! DO NOT go!!! That is unless you have nothing to do on Saturday!!! I was told that the scheduling is done by an 3rd party company, however when I made the second appt Andrea was the one that scheduled my appt at the dealership because I made the appt with her before I left for the next Saturday!!! More

I have had 4 Kia's & have had every one Serviced here The Service department is clean friendly and never try to over sell you. I like the honesty and won't go any where else. Terrible phone service I would rather call SS then try to get a service rep to answer a call.
