Southside KIA Service Dep I purchased my KIA Forte in 2012 and have been using their service department ever since. They have always been very attentive and helpful. As always, they also did a complete check of my car and discovered my battery was very low and my tires were in bad shape. My Service Advisor, Kenneth Lewis, explained everything to me and gave me my options as to how long it would be before replacement was required. I opted to go ahead and replace them both. It was handled quickly and efficiently. I tell everyone that I will never use another dealership! More
