The GSM at this dealership took it upon himself to formally notify Kia Finance that they had purchased by leased vehicle and had the vehicle in their possession and that I did own the Car as of that d formally notify Kia Finance that they had purchased by leased vehicle and had the vehicle in their possession and that I did own the Car as of that date ( Feb, 4, 2022 ). This is a LIE, I did not even come anywhere close to selling this car to him ( Mike Seich ), The car is driven every day my myself, AND because of this man's UNTRUTHFUL actions, I can not sell MY car to another Kia Store and am in fact being held hostage by this person and his Dealership, I NEEDED the proceeds from this sale at that time and he has still not taken care if this very sad situation, If anyone can help me find a proper Attorney to handle this, I would greatly appreciate it. More
