I took my car in for service recently. Tommy Mercer oversaw the repair. He ordered the recall parts, contacted me when they arrived at the dealership, and asked me to set a service appoin Tommy Mercer oversaw the repair. This dealership offers this service and I was extremely grateful for it. I was in and out in less than one hour. Job well done, Southside KIA!! More

BEWARE OF CHANGES OF TRADE OFFER IN PAPERWORK! My offer was decreased and I lost 4K on my trade in. I am now upside down instead of positive. I verbally accepted 35.5k on my trade in and owed 29k. My offer was decreased and I lost 4K on my trade in. I am now upside down instead of positive. I verbally accepted 35.5k on my trade in and owed 29k. About 2 weeks later it wasn’t sitting right and I went back and looked and they only gave 31k for my trade. I’m now upside down on a Kia forte. I went in and complained and it was the salesman’s word against mine. I will never go back and I’d recommend you to avoid! I should’ve paid closer attention, and that’s on me. But they should’ve done the right thing! More
