1 / 1 I would not recommend this car dealer to anyone! !! I honestly don’t even know how they can sleep at night! My daughter bought a car from them that cost her over 11,000 dollars and within 2 weeks ha !! I honestly don’t even know how they can sleep at night! My daughter bought a car from them that cost her over 11,000 dollars and within 2 weeks had to replace the cv axle which cost her over 700.00 dollars, she called Jansen right away to let him know about this and he said he is not willing to fix it or even help with the fix. Then after owning the car for just over a month the turbo went out of the car, she spent over 3000.00 to get the turbo fixed and now the car still won’t run. Again, she contacted Jansen to see if they are willing to stand behind their car at all, even to give her back some of the profit they made off the sale of the car so that she can put it towards fixing all of the issues this vehicle has brought her. She was told very assertively that they will not be doing anything to help her at all. They stated that she bought a used car and they will not guarantee anything for even one minute (his exact words) after she purchased it. It is sad to see that Jansen and his boss Lee are so unwilling to stand behind this sale. My daughter is out there busting her butt trying to work and go to school full time and now she is even deeper in the hole and still without a vehicle. More

In all honesty, I had the most straightforward transaction for a car I really had my eyes on. I did not think it would all go as smooth as it did, but thank God it did!! I had a slight suspicion that they were going to throw in hidden fees last minute and all that other xx sales reps do that other dealerships had tried to do with me in the past, but no, the out-the-door price that we agreed through email was the exact same as when I got to the dealer. I am highly recommending this dealership to anyone that wants something quick, easy and honest! More
