I presented Darcy Frields with a complex purchase situation and she spent most of her day helping us get it sorted out and got the deal closed. I wanted to pay for the car but I wanted it to be in my situation and she spent most of her day helping us get it sorted out and got the deal closed. I wanted to pay for the car but I wanted it to be in my daughter's name with little trace of me left. My daughter was at work and her vehicle was at home. Darcy drove me over to my daughters house (in the car I wanted to buy) to get pictures of the car she would trade in, and then drove me to Erin's workplace so she could see and "OK" the car before it was bought. There were also problems with all of the documentation but Darcy worked through them all and finished the deal. It was almost like having someone in your family working on your behalf. I have never been treated so well by a car salesperson before and you are very fortunate to have her on your team. More

Victoria did a great job and was responsive even after the sale. She confirmed my appointment, was waiting for me at the door, had the car cleaned and ready to test drive when I arrived. Very pleasant throughout the transaction and made it a point to show the car features and even customized some settings for me. Milford handled the financial side and did a fine job also.
