I had three financial institutions of preference, and was told that the dealer did not participate with any of those. Got placed with a bank at a higher rate. Will be handling a refi on my own. As well, the warranty offerings for a used vehicle with less than 15K miles were off from other car brand dealers. More

The service advisors are usually great. Management and how the sales team lied to me is horrendous. Then wouldn't fix for four interior dome lights the next day after buying the used car. We also noticed a wobble in the breaks we didn't notice during the test drive. Now an emissions City engine light came on. Remote start also no longer works. Service is Honda level, sales seem to be used car salesmen. So sad. More
