Job was not completed at pick up. Was told ordering a part and covering it under vehicle warranty not the responsible party. Trunk alignment part of claim and was not done. Vehicle was new and not repa part and covering it under vehicle warranty not the responsible party. Trunk alignment part of claim and was not done. The experience is heartbreaking after purchasing a beautiful car, now having a problem with the car and they haven’t fix it yet. First, I was told the sound was coincidental. The after getting angry and flipping out they searched to find the rack and pinion had gone out but they allowed me to drive the car for months until it came in. Now again a loud sound when turning hard and backing up. They still don’t hear it. My husband had to go ride with them unnecessarily because when he backed he said listen. I’ll never bring my Jeep there again. Terrible service if my company Jeep and NO customer help. First service issue didn’t work. Drive 1/2 mile and engine light came in again. Brought it back that day and th my company Jeep and NO customer help. First service issue didn’t work. Drive 1/2 mile and engine light came in again. Brought it back that day and they cleared the light. About 2 miles down the road it happens again. “ engine light” the they tell me they can’t take it tell Wednesday if the following week. Didn’t give me a loaner car/ truck or a ride back to my home. Enough said. More
