Southland Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Brought my truck in the Southland Dodge. Had moisture coming in the back of the cab. Have water stains on my headliner. The mechanic look at it checked everything out ordered the parts need it. Parts came in the next day took my truck there and they took it to the back right away. Gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my truck is shop. They took care of the problem gave me a call and said my truck was ready. These guys and gals go above and beyond to make sure the customer satisfied. Great customer service as always. More

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. My Jeep has been in the shop 3 times and they still have not fixed it. I am given an excuse every time that they have to order a part. I was accused of trashing a rental shop 3 times and they still have not fixed it. I am given an excuse every time that they have to order a part. I was accused of trashing a rental car with wet napkins on the floor. Yes there were a few Kleenex on the floor but they were not wet. The car was dirty on the outside due to rain and driving on a shell dirt road. The car was returned by someone other than myself only because I have 3 jobs as they needed the car back as soon as possible. Again I am told they have to "ORDER THE PARTS" for my 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee. Currently my Jeep still isn't fixed and now they will not give me a loaner. *IT WAS PUT IN THE SHOP THREE TIMES AND STILL NOT FIXED. I have purchased a 5 + vehicles there. NOT ANYMORE!!!! I NEED MY JEEP FIXED AND A LOANER WHILE THEY ARE FIXING IT. More
