Checking in online was a waste of time. I had to repeat all services I needed. I looked for the parking area I was supposed to used since I was checked in but did not observe any specific I had to repeat all services I needed. When walking inside, I was not encountered with. A friendly greeting which is not required, but would have been nice. I provided my mobile number to the attendant but it was not used (my wife was called when my vehicle was ready the following day). Speaking of that, I called the dealership asking about my vehicle after 4:00 to be told they were keeping it overnight . Not a big deal, but proactive communication by dealership would have been appropriate to the customer. Finally, I noticed the next oil change sticker was not updated to reflect the mileage I should return for an oil change. Is this essential, no, but part of the service experience. More
