The only suggestion I would give, is for the sales and service department to get better familiar with the products that they are selling and servicing. Especially when new technology is being build and so service department to get better familiar with the products that they are selling and servicing. Announcements on new Jeep technology should be communicated to all employees at the dealership. Two of the service employees did not even know Jeep had a Jeep Wrangler hybrid. When one of the service employees turned on the vehicle and did not hear a motor, they thought something was wrong with the vehicle. Another service employee had to explain that this was a hybrid. Anyhow, my overall experience was pleasant and good. More
