I travelled from Clearwater Florida to purchase a used 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Dually... then drove it home overnight.. fun stuff. Ashley was great.. so was Rudy, who picked me up at the airport 50 miles a 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Dually... then drove it home overnight.. fun stuff. The only complaint I have (and why only 4 stars) is that their IT system was SUPER slow (I used to be an IT Manager and I know what it's supposed be like) They need faster computers, faster network, the ability for customers to "air-print" from mobile devices so they can have things like proof-of-insurance ready to go into their purchased vehicles. Oh.. and I LOVED the finance process... I paid cash, but I can tell at least THAT part of their technology is up to snuff. More
