Tried to push a used car on me that they falsified the MSRP by $10,000 and when I asked to see other cars, told me that the one I wanted to see was out of my price range. When I returned a few days later with my son, I saw the car I wanted, and got a bill of sale. While I was at my credit union waiting for the paperwork to be completed, the dealership called and said that I couldn't get the car because it was part of a dealer trade and was already spoken for. Even though the car was listed on their website as for sale. Then, they suggested that I drive an hour and a half to the dealership they traded it to and I could purchase the car for an additional $1200 and that this was a great favor to me as they charge 4 to 6 thousand over MSRP at that dealership. Well, I said no to that. Well, they said they would try to find that same car but a few hours later, told me I needed to come in and pick up my deposit. The manager wouldn't even look at me, no further apology and had someone else take me to the cashier to get my deposit back. Not a nice way to treat an old lady. I think they should have purchased the car back from the other dealership and sold it to me as promised. Buyer beware. More
