TANYA HOADLEY, we apologize for the inconvenience during your recent visit with our sales staff. We did not falsify any sort of information or pricing during your visit. You originally left a deposit on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Because of the Used vehicle market pricing, you then wanted to purchase a New Vehicle. We gave you one of the best prices in the local market by thousands of dollars. Where your deal began to get complicated is when our sales staff wasn't informed that the new vehicle shown to you was getting traded to another dealership. Again, we apologize, mistakes happen and our communication should have been better. We tried our best to work with you in order to find you a replacement vehicle for you. One of the said suggestions was that the dealership we traded it to would be willing to sell it to you for MSRP + their market adjustment. Still, thousands of dollars less than other competitors. It was a courtesy offer to you since you were very specific on the model and color you wanted. We then called you to inform you to let you know that we weren't able to locate a vehicle within our local market based on your specific model and color options. We did everything we could in good faith and we were open and honest with all communications regarding your vehicle inquiry. We apologize we weren't able to assist you with your purchase. Since when is the MSRP for a 2022 Sentra s with almost 10 thousand miles on it $29,999? No premium package, no sunroof. The original sticker price with the original MSRP is on Carfax. More like $19,000 before taxes. And how is the MSRP for a used car more than a 2023 SV with a premium package? LLPOF!
