Sales representative Audry L was nice and tried to help with problems on used car. Sales manager and service continued not following up on parts and radio doesn't work with phone. Talked to sales manager i shouldn't have to buy one it was like this when bought and he would try to get it approve then dropped the ball and now there is no record of it. This has been a continual problem and i give up. First week after i bought the car i was promised a spare key and owners manual then to fix rear driver's side was a gapin fender.
