I tool my 22 altima in 5 times for the same problem (seat heaters) they work less now than before they touched it . And now they will no longer return my messages . I had my car towed to Southlake Nissan because it wouldn’t start. Upon arrival, I described what was happening and Brian immediately said it was the battery! Np.. the battery ( quite dead) was repla wouldn’t start. Upon arrival, I described what was happening and Brian immediately said it was the battery! Np.. the battery ( quite dead) was replaced and I was on my way in no time. HOWEVER later on that evening my car wouldn’t start again. Same clicking noise. I had to have my car towed home ( late Saturday evening) and wait until Monday morning to call Southlake. Brian was immediately apologetic and sent a tow truck to pick up my car at their expense. As luck would have it, my starter also needed to be replaced. Several dollars more but I appreciate their professionalism and kindness! They kept the car an extra day to make sure it started each time and 3 months later, I haven’t had any problems since. More
