My situation was bad, my credit was less than perfect, and after explaining this to Dixie she convinced me to come into the store and bragged about Allen Moody being able to work wonders! I was upside down on my car and honestly had to stay within a budget but I wanted what I wanted, and Juan and Allen understood that. After looking over my credit, determining what I could qualify for and showing me a car I never thought I could get alone, Allen the finance guy went to work while Juan and I test drove the car! While driving Juan mentioned that if he wasn't certain I could get this car he wouldn't have had me test drive. Because I was concerned that the test drive was a waste of time! "Come on have a little faith" is what Juan said to me! When we came back Allen had everything worked out, and an unbelievable interest rate, financed through Nissan... The best part of my experience was that got what I wanted, and they weren't greedy, getting me into a car in my price may not have been the most money they've made off a deal but they definitely earned my trust and loyalty!! The service was excellent at Southlake Nissan. I worked with Juan Rosendo and Allen Moody. First we spoke with Juan who showed us the vehicle my mom wanted. He explained the features and how to use them. He was very thorough and explained everything well. We were then introduced to Allen who handled the financing. She has a limited income and needed the monthly payments to fit her budget. Allen gave us all the options and found financing that worked with her budget. The both went above and beyond to help her find the vehicle that she wanted where she could afford it. We were very impressed with how they took care of us and would recommend Juan and Allen to anyone looking for a vehicle. They have earned a customer for life.
