I give them huge props for patiently demonstrating and helping me understand some of the bells and whistles and electronic intricacies of my Murano. One caveat, however. I was sent home with my new vehicle without a Owner's Manual, and it took Nissan 30 days to get me one, so if you buy a car, before you leave, make sure you have been given the Owner's Manual. More

I finally felt cared for I went into southlake Nissan, pretty sure that I would be turned away, or given ridiculously high numbers. Will was actually on his way home, but took the time to help me. He never deterred me or tried to steer me into what would work best for him, but he tried his best to get me what I wanted. I had Buyer's Remorse.. I arrived not anticipating purchasing a vehicle and ended up getting one that I thought was within my budget. I panicked for 4 days unsure on what I was going to do. The customer relations manager contacted me and really listened to my concerns. The manager then contacted me and set me up with options. Billy, my sales consultant was amazing!!!! He met me needs, despite my mistake, and guided me to the perfect decision for my family!!!
