I had Buyer's Remorse.. I arrived not anticipating purchasing a vehicle and ended up getting one that I thought was within my budget. Billy, my sales consultant was amazing!!!! He met me needs, despite my mistake, and guided me to the perfect decision for my family!!! William greeted me and listened to what I was looking for and presented me with options that met all of my criteria. He was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. He explained everything about the cars and gave me time to think things over without hovering over me. On the test drive he exlained things and showed me how to use and try out all of the features. The route was well planned to allow me to test the car at various speeds and on both smooth and rougher roads. Then the deal making phase was friendly and without all the game playing. I left with a car that I truly love at a price that was better than I ever expected. Next time I'll skip the other places and go straight to Will at Southlake. More

I came to Nissan because I knew a few friends who had Rogue's and were happy with them. I was lucky enough to get Billy as my sales person and he was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with when getting a vehicle. He was so patient with me, spent A LOT of time with me test driving different models and was very respectful. He knew what I wanted and really wanted me to be happy, even though it meant me not walking out the door with the car that exact day. His professionalism, patience, kindness and sheer likability made me come back to him when I was ready and they had the car I wanted. I would recommend everyone to ask for him, you will NOT be disappointed. Nissan has a real gem in Billy! Love my car too :) More
