Stopped by to have a low tire pressure light warning looked at. I arrived, and had great conversation with Desean also known as “D”. We looked over the truck and took it on a test drive experiencing no issues. Obviously, I knew I was purchasing a used truck. I wasn’t expecting perfection in a used truck, what was expecting was honesty and professionalism from the dealer...I did not receive either after all paper work was signed and the deal was done. I drove off the lot and not 2 miles down the road, I felt a shimmy in the trans. It happened again, and again, and again. It happened the whole way home. They asked me to come back the next day to have them take a look at it. I arrive at Southland Nissan Service department as they open at 7:00am. I’m then told by the service manager that they won’t work on the truck I bought from them less than 24 hours ago. I was told I need to go to the Kia dealership next door. It was a blessing in disguise. The Southlake Kia dealership, especially Jeff Koehler, went above and beyond for me. Jeff listened to me, went on a ride to diagnose the issue, and organized the logistical aspect of getting the truck to a GMC dealer to rectify the problem. Jeff is a true professional and a man of his word. He kept me informed the whole way through and gave me a rental car for free. It’s almost been a month and my salesman hasn’t contacted me once even with all the issues that occurred. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars for this review is because of Jeff Koehler at Southlake Kia. If I could give Southlake Nissan less than 1 star I would. This was my first experience buying a car and I can honestly say after looking back on it I was highly unsatisfied with the way I was treated by Southlake Nissan. More

I brought my Murano Cross Cabriolet in for service and ended up trading it in for the Maxima. I took this car on a trip across country (about 1400 miles roundtrip) and didn't even use 2 tanks of gas each way. Super sleek, fantastic interior with more than enough dashboard options to navigate, listen to tunes and otherwise manage my drive. Dave Whelan was my salesman. He is easy to work with (not high pressure), willing to negotiate and very thorough in explaining the features of the car. More
