I came in the The main reason we have purchased two Nissans and sent many people to your dealership is mostly because of Randy, your service manager. I came in there the other day for an oil change. It was our first sizable snow, and most of his 8:00 appointments didn’t get there until 9 a.m. The shop was filled with cars. My appointment was for 11:20 a.m. Even with all those cars, I was out by 12:30 and so were all the other cars! His management skills and kind, warm personality are what keeps me coming back to Southlake Nissan. Service is the key! More
