In light of the excellent speed and overall care taken with our transaction (especially Carlos), an affable young service adviser, very thorough, polite and professional, we will return. Our "other" dealer is very well located, but it is always a gamble to schedule, and lacks amenities for waiting. Specifically loud rock Muzak which competes for Jerry Springer TV, both which compete with loud sales people yuckin' it up. None of that w/Southlake. This is noticed and appreciated, and it will be passed on to others. We will return when it is time to trade. More
