Let me tell you a little bit about this place hoping it will save you some time and money and anxiety. I’ve lived with horrible anxiety for the last year waiting for my sons car to get stolen yat again. We will save you some time and money and anxiety. We came in to buy two cars and look for a third. We put money on down to order two. When the day cam and the cars arrived they called us in and the cars magically went up about 9K combined which made the payments outrageous. Worked with Berto to who was not very pleasant and Tom who’s the only good thing about this place. We left unhappy and with no cars because they simply said they could charge what they wanted with the economy the way it was currently and let me tell you each car was way over sticker price. So I went home and left a truthful review on quite a few different sites in less than 24 hours someone called us back and wanted to make it right. Somehow someway they took the $9000 increase off and got our payments back down to what they were originally supposed to be. So they asked me to remove the review which I did since they did make things, right. Fast forward three months and our brand new 2022 Seltos that still have the stickers on it inside got stolen by the Kia boyz. And come to find out Kia’s without a push button start have absolutely no security, and can be stolen in less than two minutes. And anyone can find out how to steal one if you have a TikTok. Since we’ve gotten the car back, I’ve lived in constant fear and won’t even let my son drive, his own car half the time, and when he does, I won’t let him keep anything in it because I’m afraid it will get stolen. I came back here to see if they can try to make it right and work with me on a car that has a pushbutton start. To say that it was a bad experience, and all I got was a slap in the face and treated even worse than the first time is an understatement. again, we worked with Tom and Tom was great again we didn’t have the luxury of working with Berto again we got Juan who basically just laughed at us. To say we feel cheated and taken advantage of is an understatement. Stay away from here and Kia all together. More

Constantly gave us misinformation regarding the vehicle we were looking at. Didn’t know anything about the vehicle being test driven. Warning lights came on in the vehicle so we asked about it. After a few seconds of fumbling around all she could say was we can have the service department look at it. The vehicle had the gas light on when going for a test drive. Audrey then states that they will have to get gas in the morning! Audrey then stated that if you purchase the vehicle from us you get free oil changes for the entire time you own the vehicle. However we knew this was not true. Also stated that we will be getting plates in the mail since they take care of all of that. Well as of 3-29-2023 still nothing. But the ticket I got being pulled over since the temp plates were expired. Never got info never got anything. In trying to call and ask questions, I am just handed from person to person transferred to 4 different people. All of which are willing to switch me to another. Frustrating. Now I have called Monday-Friday and spoke to many. Pete Brian Brian Paul Audrey Steve Thad And the list goes on. So despite all of our efforts we go nowhere. So purchased a vehicle. Was told to come back the next day to pick it up because a warning light came on. Asked about the trim that was coming off and no antenna. Where the inspection? Apparently no one did one. It’s been since February 3, 2023. And today is now March 29, 2023. This is a joke of a place. Just as bad as neighboring Bosak. Do not recommend l, waste of your time and effort. All they want is your sales and they don’t care about anything after. Also funny. Not very many negative feedback. Must be nice to weed through everyone’s comments. More

I came in here to trade in my 2022 Kia Forte GT-line, great car btw, I wanted to check out a Kia Forte GT2 since it’s a turbo and I ended up getting it. Dennis Zajac is the best Sales Consultant out the great car btw, I wanted to check out a Kia Forte GT2 since it’s a turbo and I ended up getting it. Just traded our 2021 Kia Seltos SX (excellent car) for a larger 2023 Kia Sportage SX-Prestige. This vehicle is phenomenal! My son and I were treated like family during the entire car-buying process which made the experience very pleasant and stress-free. The entire staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Earl Nymeyer was extremely knowledgeable. He patiently went over every button, newest technology and all included safety features about this vehicle...which was our primary focus. Kia safety features are incredible and highly recommend!. We were extremely satisfied with Earl's explanations and what the vehicle offered. We, at last, finally eliminated any doubt or uncertainty we had and that this vehicle was definitely the correct decision for us. Special shout out to Thad (Operations Director), Juan (General Sales Manager) and Billy (Finance Manager)! This was by far the smoothest, fastest and stress-free car buying experience I've had. I would highly recommend Southlake Kia to anyone near and far. My family will be back very soon for a vehicle purchase for my wife and again in May for another vehicle purchase for my daughter! We bought our Kia Soul in October 2022 from Southlake Kia, we LOVE our Kia Soul but have to admit we were disappointed in our salesperson Dakota Pineda. The first time we went there, driving over an hou Kia, we LOVE our Kia Soul but have to admit we were disappointed in our salesperson Dakota Pineda. The first time we went there, driving over an hour, he was good at first, but he kept leaving us sitting at his desk and saying he'd be right back, after one of the times, he was gone at least 20 minutes and we see him in the parking lot taking care of another couple who just showed up so we left. We ended up having to go back because we could not find the exact Soul that we wanted which they had and they were good enough to hold it for us until the bank business was finalized. So we went back taking our trade in with us. We sat at his desk again while he kept leaving us multiple times to go who knows where, finally he sat at another desk taking care of 2 ladies who showed up. If they didn't have the exact car we wanted it would have been no deal. We felt unappreciated and ignored, we had many questions but he was never around us long enough for us to get answers, we since then have googled them. We were told we would receive a survey, it's been a month and no survey so we assume he knows we were not pleased with the customer service there. There were other salesmen who were giving great attention to their customers so I suggest that you go to them instead unless you don't mind this type of treatment. More
