Said sorry with a huge smile on there face and told us sorry it was human error and were not taking the loss. Needles to say we left with nothing after spending fours hours there and destroying my wifes heart. We had the keys we shook hands we signed the paper and then tbey messed up and they were cruel. Thry gave us a tour and showed us the owners toys and how great he is. Then when they messed up they said its corporate owned and wouldnt divulge a name. I found it however. Thank u so much michael kors, not only did u do shotty businesses u screwed over a veteran. Save ur time people this place is full of arrogant incompetent boys who are incapable of goi g through with a business agreemnet. Fantastic I had very specific needs. Many dealerships were unable to help me, but Southlake Kia was extremely flexible and did everything they could to help me I had very specific needs. He was patient with me, my 'picky-ness', and my inexperience. He answered all questions and made absolute sure I drove away feeling completely comfortable with my purchase. He also worked with my grandparents. They were crazy about him as well. (And, trust me, it is not easy to win them over). Fun addition: my grandparents set one of the model car alarms off by sliding their hands in the cracked window and unlocking the door. Seriously. And not a single employee in the dealership acted as though it was an issue. Even though we mostly worked with Eric, I can say the entire staff seems kind and helpful. More
