Rafael has the deals I had to have a friend drive me out to Southlake Auto Mall because my car quit on my after 12 years. After showing me several cars within my price range, Rafael was able to help me narrow down the choices with his excellent knowledge of both new and used cars on the lot. He never rushed or tried to push me into something out of my range. I really liked that. Nothing worse than a pushy car salesman, so I was grateful that none of that was present here at Southlake Kia. He patiently sat in each of the cars I wanted to test drive and gave me the details for each while I drove. By the end of my experience, I have to say that this was the easiest time at a dealership that I've had. Thanks to all the folks at there that helped me through every step. I appreciate you all, because even the ones who weren't directly involved were very pleasant. I will recommend Southlake Kia to anyone that's interested in getting a quality vehicle. More
