Mr. Customer, we here at Southlake KIA do apologize for the way your last made you feel, It is never our intention to upset any one who comes in to our dealership. We partner with many sources, just like the one you received from Radius with a pre approval amount. As with any promotion there are some criteria that needs to be met in order for us to do things within the guidelines that our lenders have established for us and any other dealership that lends money for the purchase of an automobile. first in foremost is that we enter into an agreement with the customer and the bank that we report all information correctly, and we state all employment and income on every potential application we send them. At the time you were in our store you had stated to the salesperson Earl Nymeyer that you were not employed, Earl consulted with the finance manager on duty and knowing that the lenders require W 2 income to secure a loan felt it was best to not run the credit application and put unnecessary inquiries on your credit report which can harm your ability to secure a loan in the future if and when all the lenders criteria are met. I am sincerely sorry for the way that you felt when you visited the store and am also sorry that i was not available to speak with you in person and explain that the pre approvals are sent out with hopes that all the other stipulations are met in order to secure a loan with a bank since we are not the lender. I hope that you can accept my apology on behalf of Earl, Mike Kors and everyone here at Southlake KIA good luck in the future with all your automobile needs Tony Ivanovic
