Rafael, Tom, and Tony got it done I walked in and said this is what I want and this is what I need. Without hesitation they showed me what I wanted and actually offered me an exception I walked in and said this is what I want and this is what I need. Without hesitation they showed me what I wanted and actually offered me an exceptional deal but even so it was above my budget limit. So then we broke down to brass tacks and got what I "needed" at the price I wanted, which was an acceptable compromise. The point here though is they took the time to show me what I wanted even if I could not afford it. This means when I am in a better position, I know I can come back and get a great deal on what I want. Thanks. More

Asked me to sue them I have bad credit and know getting a car is an uphill battle. However, Marko told me I was approved. I told him my payment requirements and he told me I have bad credit and know getting a car is an uphill battle. However, Marko told me I was approved. I told him my payment requirements and he told me it could be done. However, I spent three hours sitting in their office while they crunched the numbers and they told me that they couldn't offer me anything except one car for more than I was willing to spend monthly and with triple the down payment. I was upset they lied, but expected that stepping into a car lot. However, the worst part is that my car now rattles in the dash since they took it to the back to figure out it's trade-in value. I called to speak to a manager to see what the cause was and he told me it wasn't their fault. Tony actually recommended that I follow through and sue them - he was completely unwilling to help. He actually told me that I could serve papers to Southlake Auto Mall if I had any further questions. To be fair -Marko was friendly and amiable. However, friendliness doesn't fix a lie told at the beginning, three hours sitting in the lobby and then my car having issues after they used it is inexcusable. More
